Small Doctor, the street-hop kingpin and Akeweje frontrunner, teams up with the hyperactive poet, Emini Myson, for a brand new street anthem, “PART ONE.”
This high-voltage collaboration comes at a time when partygoers and street heads alike are looking for adrenaline-fueled tracks to turn up the neighborhood. The reunion, after a previous studio partnership, is an electric spark, channeling the raw energy of Agege streets into a high-speed anthem.
Behind the boards, the sound architect crafts a scorching, bounce-heavy atmosphere of snappy kick drums, frenetic snare rolls, and rolling bass grooves. The crisp audio setup provides plenty of breathing space, allowing both performers to fire off incisive street slangs without overwhelming the mix.
Small Doctor brings his signature vocal projection, infectious Yoruba chants, and overwhelming charm to the music. Emini Myson brings sharp cadences and humorous street rhymes, confirming the record’s raw appeal.
