Global pop sensation and Grammy-winning South African diva Tyla is back with an ambitious new studio effort named “A*POP”.
And this mammoth album arrives just as global audiences are hungry for a new mashup of Amapiano log beats and slick global pop songs. The producers created a rich, multi-layered atmosphere of soft piano chords, breezy acoustic guitars and percussive Amapiano wood drumming. They add snappy percussion shakers under elegant synth loops to keep every beat flying with enticing rhythm. But the clean mix gives plenty of space for her light vocal arrangements to float over each track.
