Ahead of the arrival of his 2026 debut album All Hail Muyeez, Nigerian musician Muyeez premiered “High Currency” among the records.
Releasing the song as a separate teaser gives it an early spotlight in a project that is mainly constructed around the ambition, confidence and drastic change in circumstances that followed Muyeez’s 2024 breakthrough.
Musically, it belongs to an album whose production direction in general is influenced by Afrobeat, soul and electronic music. Also, Larrylanes participates in the construction of the aural framework underlying the project. That blend allows Muyeez a bigger stage for his melodic approach without restricting the record to one recurring sound.
