6UFF, a Nigerian rapper and recording artist, kicks off his four-track EP, IRON ORE II, with “The Truth,” featuring producer and recording artist Telz.
The collaboration provides a new counterpoint for 6UFF at the beginning of the EP, with Telz contributing as an artist and not only behind the scenes.
It’s the follow-up to 6UFF’s August 2026 song “Excellent”, which also features on the project.
The record is grounded in Afrobeats and hip-hop, maintaining the core of 6UFF’s performance in rap while the arrangement has space for Telz to contribute. The position of the couple as the opener also makes them responsible for getting the project moving.
Working with Telz is another prominent name to add to an era where 6UFF has progressively collaborated outside of his solo discography. That method can expose his music to people already aware of Telz’s work in Nigerian pop.
