TY Bello’s Nothing without you, the 16th track from her 2026 project, I Speak Lamb, is a powerful collaboration. The gospel offering is bolstered by the complementary vocals of Ellie Scotte & Leke Alder, who lend a depth to the spiritual message that flows throughout the album’s 20 tracks.
Nothing without you, at the end of the album, captures the brief, contemplative spirit that most of I Speak Lamb encompasses. It’s a collective statement of faith and dedication, a signature of the ever-changing soundscape of Nigerian gospel music in 2026.
The single is a gem in a purposefully sequenced collection, mixing intimate vocal harmonies with intentional language, a hallmark of Ty Bello’s artistry. It strengthens the primary themes of the project while ensuring each artist’s contribution is clear in the mix.
