Nigerian recording artist FOLA continues the material assembled for 9, his second studio album, released in October 2026 under Dangbana Republik and EMPIRE with “In Order”.
This album is another stage in the singer’s development following his breakthrough and the reception to his previous efforts. “I worked with musicians and producers on the songs,” FOLA told us. “The songs were based on real experiences. I value the contributions of all involved.”
His signature musical style is current Afrobeats with influences of R&B and lyricism in Yoruba. These attributes served to distinguish previous albums such as “alone” and “you” and exposed his melodic style to a larger audience.
One of the biggest developments in his career has been his transformation from rising talent to a recognized singer with many commercially hit songs. Now there are more expectations on his second studio album, especially from those that have followed his development from the what a feeling EP and onward.
The song is available on all the main digital streaming platforms. Listen to it and tell us what you think in the comments.
