DRIEMO – ULEKE

Malawian artist Driemo enters a new chapter in his 2026 run with “ULEKE”, a solo release that came out on 11 September with an official music video.

The text is built on reassurance and commitment, Driemo talking to a woman he wants to believe his intentions toward, not doubt where she stands with him. This follows the September release of “Ambuye (Remix)” featuring Dali Dee The Chosen One.

Melody is the backbone of much of the song, and Driemo uses a smooth vocal technique and repeated phrases to keep the amorous message direct. The arrangement allows his singing space to be the major attraction without a guest appearance.

Driemo arrives at the release with a strong presence in Malawi, where his music, including hits like “Joker,” has helped him gain a large audience. That foundation provides another sweet love song a logical path to the regional audience that already follows his collection.
