Kashcoming, the Nigerian singer, keeps his 2026 campaign rolling with “Chaser”, following his Lojay-assisted single “Bololo” with another entry in an increasingly active discography.
The release comes at a good juncture for Kashcoming, whose recent work has continued to cement his status in Nigeria’s new generation Afrobeats scene. He’s found a balance between the melodic side of his music and the street-facing aspect that allowed tracks like “All My Money” to connect broadly.
“Chaser” is all Kashcoming, no featured artist, so he is free to carry the album. This brief presentation also lends itself to the simplified approach that has characterized much of his recent production.
Its release comes on the back of a fruitful run of collaborations and revived interest surrounding his catalog, with a 2026 Headies nomination for “All My Money” in the Best Street-Hop Artiste category.
