Nigerian Afrobeats artiste Mayorkun, who appeared on the chart-topping “B4 B4” with Davido and FOLA, drops his new track, “Kaluba”, in August 2026.
The record finds Mayorkun approaching it with the razor-sharp, conversational language that has always complemented his melodic side, and early extracts have teased his punchline-heavy phrasing and amusing usage of common Nigerian references.
The Afrobeats track puts the vocals front and center over a lively backdrop, giving his melodies and wordplay room to breathe and bolster the performance without cluttering the track.
Mayorkun’s “Kaluba” peaks – “B4 B4” is currently enjoying multiple weeks at the top of the Official Nigeria Top 100. It also comes on the heels of new tracks from his 2025 album Still The Mayor, continuing the momentum of his recent re-entry.
