Ahead of his third studio album release, Nigerian indigenous rapper Oladips is not slowing down on dropping new content. His last collaboration was with “Keep Showing Up” for a two-song 2026 release.
Oladips infuses his Yoruba-led rap style into the single, keeping the straightforward lyricism and conversational delivery that have been mainstays of his music. The song comes as part of a purposefully matched release, rather than being sent out as a stand-alone single.
Both songs were composed and performed by Oladips, and the rapper announced the songs as new materials related to his upcoming third studio album. That album context makes the release an early peek at the body of work he’s building now.
The choice of a double disk provides fans more than one entry point into this part of his catalog. It also retains the spotlight on Oladips himself with none of the single needing a featured artist to carry the rollout.
