Kaduna-based Nigerian Arewa rapper and singer Mr442 gets a timely 2026 collaboration with Freshmoney, OG Abbah and Ngulde. “Zigiii” is already in Nigeria’s Shazam Top 100.
The lineup of four artists is taken from a Northern Nigerian musical circle where rap, Hausa expressiveness and new Afrosounds regularly cross, providing Mr442 the possibility to share the record with voices who have already been involved in the same regional scene.Zigiii” runs roughly two-and-a-half minutes long, which keeps the cooperation tight and gives each component room to breathe without making the song a needless extended posse cut.
We’ve had some good early responses so far. The official video also sits on the list of popular videos on YouTube in Libya, in addition to the Nigerian Shazam position and the song is now one of Mr442’s most played on important platforms. That reach adds another crucial event to a collection of millions of digital plays.
