Well-known, talented singer and songwriter. Massively skilled Lesotho singer Litshepe Lr dishes out a fresh new tune which he calls “Bula Pelo”.
He’s got some real momentum on this run. Popping up all over a long list of collabs with names like Sannere, Cityzeen LS and Ntate Stunna. Bula Pelo, meaning open the heart in Sesotho, keeps him in the same emotionally direct lane his collection leans into. His Kopano Ke Matla project and its ilk already demonstrated his willingness to embrace sensitivity over club-ready bravado.
Production is warm and melodious, created with traditional Sesotho instrumentation fused with a contemporary beat below. Nothing here hurries to a hook. It’s a deliberate, considered arrangement, leaving space for his voice to lead without interference.
