Nigerian singer and producer Kaestyle begins the distribution of his new 2026 album with “Cairo,” the first offering of STYLISH, ahead of the project’s 11 September release.
Kaestyle takes the record through melodic phrasing and conversational lyrics, continuing the R&B and Afrobeats blend that has molded much of his history and giving this new album era its first official introduction.
Production is handled by Heskey, who supports a vocal-centric arrangement that keeps the track flowing around its basic refrain and Kaestyle’s performance, rather than padding the album with extraneous portions.
It’s as much about where it sits as the single itself. “Cairo” is the first taste of the direction Kaestyle is taking his music with the next full-length release, after 2025’s eight-track effort Style Bender.
