There are very few musicians in the South African underground Amapiano scene who have developed the kind of chemistry that DjY Mow Sa and Vibekulture Sa have, and “Into My Eyes” throws Lethabile 012 into the mix for a new three-way collaboration.
DjY Mow Sa and Vibekulture Sa have been steady constructors since their “Mow’Vibe” project and tracks like as “Code 234” and “Rambo.” So, this isn’t the first time two producers met Also, Lethabile 012 has worked with DjY Mow Sa before on “NAZOKE” therefore the studio belief was already created before this record happened.
“Into My Eyes” is in the deep soulful Amapiano area both producers are known for. The groove remains patient and warm. But Lethabile 012’s vocal contribution adds an emotional dimension to the record that is sometimes missing from solely instrumental pieces from this band.
