De Niakeyz Supports Mckay Johnson, KayyKayy Production & Tribby Wadi Bhozza On Trending New Single “Salamina”

Four names on one single again. Production credit and all. It says something that KayyKayy Production is described as a feature rather than giving them a producer credit because they are certainly hands-on here. De Niakeyz is leading the push, but it feels like a collaboration from the ground up.

KayyKayy Production has a broader, layered sound, layering percussion parts without cluttering things up. Some traditional features poke through under what is, for the most part, a modern arrangement. It marries the ancient and the new, and doesn’t veer too far in one direction.

De Niakeyz starts off with steady assurance, establishing the tone before others come in. Nothing hurried about the way he does his section. Allows the track to properly build and not front load all the energy.

Mckay Johnson and Tribby Wadi Bhozza divide the center, each bringing their unique flavor without stepping on De Niakeyz’s lead. Different textures stacked on top of each other, same as the production layers things. Four contributors, one cohesive record (which isn’t usually a certainty with this many names attached).

“Salamina” works because despite all the credits, everyone stays in their lane. De Niakeyz built the frame, the rest filled it out. Nothing here is an afterthought.
