Nigerian recording act ALUTA VIBEZ embraces the hustle and bustle of the daily work on a street-facing new record titled “Men At Work.”
Produced by Vibez Inco, this one depicts labor itself as something worth appreciating rather than merely enduring. Released August 10, 2026.
“Men At Work” comes out less as a rallying cry and more like a proclamation from a working guy, with the song casting hustle and discipline as markers of identity.
That difference is a difference here. ALUTA VIBEZ is based on the whole idea of mobility and consistency, talking directly to those who come to work every day regardless of what life throws at them. The title has a realistic, effort-driven connotation that distances it from seeking status or flash, unlike usual hustle-culture records that rely on flexing instead.
Sonically, the single combines Afro-Dancehall rhythm with Amapiano texture, fitting snugly into the broader Afrosounds genre that is defining a lot of Nigerian street music right now. That blend gives “Men At Work” enough groove to work socially, but keeps its working-class message front and center.
The worker images that permeate the song give it a certain individuality that draws it away from typical inspiring stuff. ALUTA VIBEZ stays true to the daily grind that street and working-class audiences can readily relate to, rather than peddling the fantasy of overnight triumph.
