After his last releases in 2026 “Show Me” and “Fa Mi Lo”, Lagos-based Nigerian artiste Shaiboy teams up with chart-topping Nigerian singer Chella for “Doings”, their collaborative work in August 2026.
Shaiboy shares the record with an artist whose reputation increased quite a bit after “My Darling” topped Nigeria’s TurnTable Top 100 and hit No. 1 on the Global Shazam list, adding more weight to the duet as both voices meet on equal footing.
Both artists are listed as songwriters, and production is handled by Dawie on the two-minute, 23-second song. The tight framework keeps the collaboration running without too much damage to the main parts of the work.
For Shaiboy, “Doings” comes at a helpful time in a steadily working catalog, while Chella keeps pushing the stretch that turned him from a promising new face into one of the most visible young names in Nigerian Afrobeats.
