Nigerian-American singer Toyé teams up with Nigerian Afrobeats musician Minz for a 2026 collaboration released through Teru Studios called “Stay a Little Longer.”
Both performers are credited with voice and songwriting obligations, with Toyé as lyricist and composer (with Minz). It’s a remarkable reunion, as they previously appeared together on DJ 808’s 2023 album “KONSENTRAIIT,” giving this new song some history beyond a first-time combination.
Ramoni takes care of production, MILLAMIX is in charge of mixing and mastering while Bishop is recognized as recording engineer. The arrangement keeps the collaboration tight rather than expanding the performances beyond what the song needs at 2:54.
The CD also pushes Toyé’s library over his Wahala In Paradise phase while also putting Minz on a platform with an artist he already has a recording history with. This familiarity offers the partnership a useful feeling of continuity within both catalogs.
