Woza Bakzin and GoldMax welcome back DJ Tira on “Kush’ibhadu,” and he clearly still means something to them.
Second appearance by DJ Tira in this run now following “Xhoshi Ikati”. It says something about the relationship there, he’s not just a name they grabbed once for clout. Kush’ibhadu is roughly something like hunting or chasing, that kind of energy.
Following the weight of “Sofel’empini,” the beat regains a larger, party-ready tone. GoldMax layers the log drum thick again with bright piano riding on top just like the tracks before this in this run. Feels like a purposeful lean back toward lighter fare.
Woza Bakzin fits right in here, more of the unbothered pocket riding from the early cuts. DJ Tira’s verse has the same easy veteran assurance that he had before, and when it drops… Doesn’t have to shout to be heard.
Not much fresh ground lyrically, chase visuals generally keeping surface level. Doesn’t need depth though, this one’s for the dancefloor, plain and simple. Here, GoldMax’s production does the talking.
Now there are two DJ Tira features deep in this library, and they both still land. “Kush’ibhadu” keeps the ball rolling without breaking any formula.
