South African producer Cooper SA teams up with Tyler ICU and LeeMcKrazy on “Khoma Lah,” with Jaydon Lewis, Shiny, DJ Exit and Ceeka RSA on another cut from “One Day in Tembisa.”
One record with six prominent voices could so easily become cacophony, but Cooper SA and his circle have never been about that. The same group of collaborators have appeared together on dozens of Amapiano records throughout 2026, and “Khoma Lah” continues in that established vein rather than imposing a fresh formula.
The record works because the roles are organically separated. Ceeka RSA and Shiny provide the melodic weight, giving the music its emotional core, while DJ Exit and Jaydon Lewis offer rhythmic texture to drive the momentum forward. LeeMcKrazy co-production with Cooper SA and Tyler ICU lays the skeleton of everything, giving each vocalist their own distinct lane instead of fighting for space.
“Khoma Lah” nestled in “One Day in Tembisa” offers additional dimension to a project that’s clearly built on collaborative chemistry and not one dominant voice. That’s been something of a signature for Cooper SA and Tyler ICU this year, and continues to set their music apart from more traditional single-artist Amapiano albums.
